If you are running the executables using `mutator.sh` you don't need to read this note through. if you are running the executable directly however, then you have to pass groups of arguments in a specific order otherwise the executable won't be able to recognize the options and will throw errors. For example this is the right way to run `mutator-lvl0`:<br/>
